详情介绍：
OTF-1200X-80SL is a CE certified slide-able tube furnace with 3"IDx55" L quartz tube and flange and working temperature up to 1200°C.   One pair of sliding rail is installed on bottom of furnace.  The furnace can move manually from one side to achieve max. heating and cooling rate upto 100°C/m.  For the fastest heating,  you can pre-heated furnace to the desired temperature, then move furnace to sample side. For the fastes cooling, you may move furnace to another side after heating sample.  The heating and cooling rate may reach 50°C/s under vacuum or inert gases.   It is ideal furnace for rapid thermal processing at lowest cost

●One pair of sliding rail is installed on bottom of furnace, which can move from  one  one side to another  manually
 
●Vacuum flanges are installed on both of end tube, which can reach 10E-5 torr by    mol    molecular pump or 10E-3 torr by mechanical pump.  One of flange can   insert a 1/4" dia.   chermal couple to monitor real time temperature inside tube.
